To claim or list a business, you must register an account and verify your email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. Business Listings & Claims

The directory includes both unclaimed listings compiled from public sources and listings submitted or claimed by business owners. When you claim or submit a listing, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that the information is accurate. We review claims and new listings before they are published and may approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion. Unclaimed listings are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing information.
• Claim a business you are not authorized to represent.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or violates others' rights.
• Use the Service to send spam or to scrape, copy, or harvest data without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Paid Tiers & Advertising

We offer optional paid tiers (such as Premium and Featured) and advertising placements. Pricing is shown within the member dashboard and on relevant pages and may change from time to time. Paid features become available after payment is processed. Advertising placements are subject to our approval, and we may decline or remove any advertisement at our discretion. Specific refund and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (including business details and images). By submitting content, you grant Haitian Biz List a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Haitian Biz List or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our permission.

8. Termination

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haitian Biz List and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haitian Biz List from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
